What are the different between skinny and slim? Do they the same or not? Skinny usually synonymous with weight loss, so the size of skinny closely related to the number indicated scales. While being slim or slender is fat-free posture. You might wonder with those statement above and possible question on your mind is: if the fat is lost, it means the weight will go down as well, isn’t it?
Those are not entirely correct, if you’re starting hit the gym on regular basis, especially in cardio program you might gain lean mass, which will effect on fat lost, but sometimes your body looks better and shape, but your weight not losing too fantastic. Why was that? its because you also gain more muscle mass, it means you got less fat, in return you gain more muscle mass.
Getting skinny could be done without exercising in a gym or follow some sport activities, you could gain it with controlling what you eat on daily basis, or also could be done by taking some fat lost drug, etc. But don’t you know without activities that makes you sweat and exercise your muscle, the result you get is getting skinny, but don’t get athletic looks for guys, and slim for ladies.
Now that was obvious that slim means less fat, and more muscle. Hit your self in a gym or some sport activities to gain more muscle mass and reduce fat, instead of that sport activities will makes you healthier and prevent yourself from heart disease.
